"Dramirony"
So I've now been unemployed for any number of weeks. Not sure how many, don't really feel like counting. Ok I'm starting week 3. Happy now? And what have I done in these three weeks? Well not get a new job.
I have spent a lot of money. I been spending like I have it or somethin'. And I'm running low. I spent much of it on a new computer: the "lock box PC".
But that deserves it's own page so I won't describe it here. Lets just say it's working, it's about the size of a "mac mini" (albeit with a noisy/ugly 80mm fan running out the side) and SNES runs real good on it...
Of special note abou the last few weeks is this special flash movie I found entitled
How to Kill a Mockingbird. It starts out fairly close to a book report on
To Kill A Mockingbird. Then adds some things that book is sorely needing. Like pirates...who ride sharks...that are on fire...from flying time traveling castles...fighting ninjas...with "lense flare" and "motion blurs". And that's just the first 7 minutes! A warning though: it's about 16megs and about 11 minutes long. And could crash your computer. Or was that just the lockbox PC? In any case I thought it was really funny. What wouldn't be funny about the line "...written in african and held in...the secret ninja layer in ancient china...now it was on: hardcore."?
Also the creator takes several breaks to act like a real mock-educational summary of the real book To Kill a Mockingbird by explaining key points and writing methods. Like dramatic irony: dramirony.
